  4. If a replacement item is not available, we will issue a full refund.

  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  3. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, etc.).

  2. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the item to our return address (provided after your request).
