- Returns will not be accepted if:

- The original packaging or tags are missing.
- The product is from the following non-returnable categories:

> Innerwear and lingerie

> Discounted or clearance sale items
2. Replacement Policy
- If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- To process your request, please share a clear unboxing video or photos as evidence of the issue.
- Replacement will be approved after verification by our support team.
- If a replacement item is not available, we will issue a full refund.
3. Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, etc.).
- Shipping charges and COD (Cash on Delivery) fees, if any, are non-refundable.
4. Return Pickup and Shipping
- In most cities, our courier partner will arrange pickup from your address.
- If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the item to our return address (provided after your request).
- Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed; you may request a return after delivery.
